YEAR IN REVIEW

Every day, more than 4,700 Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve  volunteers located throughout 54 state committees carry out ESGR's mission.  In spite of the many challenges facing our nation, these volunteers devote time and energy to supporting service members and employers.

Every time an employer signs a Statement of Support (SoS) or is presented with a Patriot Award (PA), ESGR volunteers recognize outstanding support of employers. With each hour volunteered, an ESGR team member raises awareness of the law for the Guard and Reserve members and their employers; strengthens employer-employee relationships; and helps resolve conflict.  Volunteers make the work of ESGR possible as highlighted by the recap of this year's efforts below:
